Bamboo window shades, or curtains, can provide shade without completely obscuring a room, and provide a different environment of cellular curtains or slats. Just as many shades of slats are installed inside a window frame, bamboo roller shutters are mounted in same place, basically in same way as you would install a fabric rolling shutter. Because they are easy to assemble, installing your own bamboo blind is a good DIY project.
How to bamboo window shades? Place first mounting bracket in upper left corner of window frame. Drive nails supplied with shadow through two holes of bracket, using a tack hammer. One bracket has a rectangular hole in mounting bracket, and other has a round hole. Use one with round hole in this corner. Place second mounting bracket in upper right corner of window frame.
Position rectangular rod that protrudes from right side of shade in rectangular hole on shade. Place rectangular bar that protrudes from right side of shadow into rectangular hole in shadow. Push bamboo window shades and right side bracket slightly to left, and then press round bar on left end of shade into round hole on bracket. Push shadow and right side bracket slightly to left, then press round bar on left end of shadow into round hole in bracket.
